TI offer a payment plan with two installments that allows you to manage your finances without having to pay everything at once. The formula is:

• 60% at the start of the project, when we signed the contract.
• 40% before the delivery of the final study, when we already have a closed date to present you with the result.

I work with a very comprehensive methodology that allows me to make an in-depth diagnosis remotely.
How do I achieve it? With a combination of:

• Floor plan of your house (yes, the one you thought wouldn't be useful for anything)
• Photos and videos of each room, following simple instructions
• Inventory of the furniture you want to keep
• A personalized questionnaire where you tell me about your routines, tastes, lifestyle, needs, etc.
• And of course, key data for Feng Shui analysis (year of construction, address, date of birth of those who live there...)

With all that, I create your initial map, and I compare it with you to make sure that what I propose responds to your life moment, your emotions, your professional or family reality.

And besides, I don't disappear behind a screen.
Throughout the process we have a “continuous conversation” where I accompany you with messages, emails and short videos to share progress with you and answer your questions.

Once you have your study in hand, the most exciting part begins: applying it at your own pace... but without being alone.

During this phase, I will accompany you so that you can implement the changes with clarity, confidence, and without getting lost along the way.

The support provided depends on the type of service you have contracted:

• 30 days if we are working on a single stay
• 45 days for two stays
• 3 full months if we are doing a complete home transformation.
